Linocut Landscapes
This series of works is dedicated to the theme of war. It is created using the black-and-white linocut technique and is currently unfinished, comprising 14 pieces.
Our experiences, feelings, emotions, and the pain of losing our home are visually expressed through this series.
All the pain, fear, hope, and reflections are conveyed through the line and its pressure. Landscape is the central motif in Tetiana’s work. A rather geometric and restrained treatment of form is combined with emotional white patches.
You can’t simply erase everything and turn it into a blank page. We remember.
