Solo Exhibition at MoBe – Moving Poets Berlin Gallery
Poetry Reading and Presentation of the Book “Lindwurmsichtungen” (Corvinus Presse, Berlin)
On April 12, 2024, our solo exhibition OCHEREDKO ART TWINS opened at MoBe – Moving Poets Berlin gallery. This evening was truly special for us — a fusion of visual art, poetry, heartfelt encounters, and genuine support. In three exhibition rooms, we presented several series of works:
– Etchings dedicated to pre-war Kyiv,
– The “Ornament” series, inspired by the Ukrainian cultural code hidden in traditional folk patterns,
– A series of linocuts as an emotional response to the war in Ukraine,
– A series of illustrations for Georg Leß’s book “Lindwurmsichtungen”, published by Corvinus Presse.
The exhibition ran until May 18 and became a way for us to communicate important topics through color, line, and symbolism.
At the opening, there was also a poetry reading by Georg Leß from his new book “Lindwurmsichtungen”. We had the great pleasure of creating a series of linocuts for this publication. The collaboration — where word and image meet — was deeply inspiring for us.
We are sincerely grateful to:
– Hendrik Liersch – for believing in the power of art, for his incredible energy and his ability to bring people together,
– Lutz Längert and the team at Moving Poets Novilla MoBe – for the invitation, support, and excellent organization,
– Georg Leß – for his inspiring poetry and trust,
– and to all friends, colleagues, and visitors who supported us during this time.
This project was more than just an exhibition. It was a dialogue. A way to be seen and heard. A quiet attempt to pause time and reflect something important — through color, word, and image. If you were with us in Berlin — we’re thankful for the encounter. If not — our works continue to live and remain open to new meetings in the future.
